The SPS has launched new membership classes and member benefits to reinforce the SPS vision.
From 1 September SPS will offer Associate membership, an entry level membership for business school students. Paul Barnett, Executive Officer at SPS, says: “We have been developing a ladder of recognition for strategists at every stage of their career. This class of membership is designed for those at the first stage, taking their initial step on the ladder.”
There will also be a discounted Corporate membership for business schools, the public sector and the third sector, which will replace the old Club membership.
There will also be a new level of Corporate membership designed for smaller organisations and individuals running their own business.
The SPS is offering additional member benefits. Corporate members, for example, will be able to use the SPS logo on their website and marketing material approved by the SPS. They will also be listed in an online member directory, enhancing visibility on the SPS website.
These benefits are in addition to vital existing benefits such as access to the Long Range Planning journal online. For more information on how to access LRP click here.
There will be changes to membership fees with the first increases in many years. SPS is offering members the opportunity to beat the price increase and renew at the existing rate by 31 August. To renew your membership click here.
