For several years SPS has hosted the Strategic Value in Corporate Reporting Awards to highlight best practice examples in corporate reporting amongst UK-listed companies.
New national and international regulations are forcing companies to improve their reporting standards, and require the inclusion of narratives to explain business models and strategies. Whilst compliance means companies must pay ever more attention to reporting, SPS believes the more compelling reason companies should focus even more on the topic lies in the advantages to be gained.
