New interim CEO appointed

The SPS is delighted to announce that it has appointed an interim Chief Executive Officer: Vincent Rousselet. Vincent, who is French and lives in London with his young family, has a career history which suits him perfectly for the role. A graduate of the prestigious ESSEC business school in Paris, Vincent has worked in both consulting and large, blue chip organisations. He was, for instance, a managing consultant at PA Consulting where he advised technology companies on a range of important strategic issues.

He was at BT for five years, where he launched one of its most important business packages. Most recently Vincent was at Fujitsu, where he was responsible for developing and deploying its corporate strategy outside Japan. Looking for opportunities to grow Fujitsu’s business profitably, whilst working across cultures as varied as Japanese, German, American and French, Vincent is fundamentally aware of the need to understand market trends from a competitive, customer and economic perspective in order to formulate and implement successful global strategy.

Trustee, Laurie Young, says: “I have known Vincent for a number of years and have been impressed by his approach. He seems to be able to combine first-class strategic thinking with practical delivery. I am certain that he will hit the ground running and help the Society at this important time.”
