General Networking
All members of SPS join a fast growing international network of peers, thought leaders, prospects and potential employers with an interest in strategy.

Our LinkedIn communities now number over 6,000 approved members and this is set to grow rapidly as we establish country branches (the first three pilot branches being Ireland, Turkey and Brazil), and an extensive regional network of SPS Strategy Clubs in association with university business school members and businesspeople in those areas.

Long Range Planning Journal
Fellows receive free online access to Long Range Planning, including the 20 year archive.

This benefit alone is of more value than our standard rate of membership. Free access represents a saving of €233 or $261 on the basis of an annual subscription only, not to mention the value of the 20 year archive.

Recognised as probably the most authoritative academic title on strategy, Long Range Planning is also one of the most cited publications. It is published by Elsevier in association with SPS six times a year.

Strategy Book Discounts
Already SPS is able to offer members discounts on many of the books we review. We plan to extend these benefits by negotiating even more deals with publishers. In addition we have engaged in conversations with publishers interested in hosting book launch events in association with SPS. These ‘Meet the Author’ events are likely to take place in association with our business school members, and the SPS Strategy Clubs we are developing in association with them.

Discounted Strategy Courses
SPS is developing a directory of strategy courses to help strategists who wish enhance their professional skills. Developed and delivered by approved individuals and organisations, these courses will have our seal of approval.

To assure quality, all those delivering the courses we offer will need to be fellows of SPS.

A mix of online and offline courses will be offered at all levels from beginner to advanced. Courses will also cover broad and niche subject areas, from strategic thinking to strategy for accountants.

The courses will be offered to all, but corporate members and their nominees will get a 20% discount.
